CONAR Selected for Construction of MOB in Cypress, Texas

CONAR Building Group has signed a contract with 290 Grand to perform the ground-up construction of the 290 Grand Medical Office Building in Cypress, Texas. The structure will consist of a 3-story Medical Office Building of approximately 60,000 square feet. The scope includes the core/shell and single tenant buildouts.

This project begins construction in late February.
